This is my first doing massage at this shop. Been treated by girl Ella for whole body massage. It was good experience and relaxation, along with a further discount on price. Fair enough.

Excellent massage. Visiting from out of town with sore neck and back, I stopped in at Spa Massage to see if it would help. I opted for a 30 min massage of my back, shoulders and neck and it was fabulous. It’s a peaceful environment, not as glamorous as a day spa, but if you care about the quality and cost of your massage this is a really great option.

Had a migraine today. From neck tension. Walked in, had a 30 minute remedial neck and shoulders massage. It was fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

What a fantastic massage! The staff here are significantly professional, kind, patient, friendly, helpful, let alone the massage they gave me, it was so great. Definitely will come back and bring my friends.

I was searching for a massage service near my hotel because my neck and shoulder were aching so bad and came across Spa Massage. easy to find, located at the Canberra Centre, between Priceline and Dymocks on LG floor, where Myer and David Jones are located. Mary was fantastic! I opted for a 30 remedial neck and shoulder massage. She has helped me. Hot stone and hot towel at the end of the massage were most welcomed. I slept well last night. Thank you, Mary.

I *almost* didn't visit due to the poor 1 star reviews and I am very glad that I gave it a chance. I have ongoing back, neck and shoulder issues in the wake of a back injury and one of the few reliefs are Chinese massages. I was passing through Canberra in September when I had a bad flare up which is what brought me to this Spa Massage. The negative reviews mostly pointed out the pressure; Chinese massage simply has strong pressure, that is one of the main reasons you'd get a Chinese massage. Given my back injury, i expressed my concern to the staff and they asked me multiple times if the pressure is right during the massage. Comparing it to all other Chinese massages I've had (within China and New Zealand), I can say that they perfeclty lived up to my expectations; they helped me settle my flare up, hit all the right spots and had the exact right pressure. Yes, it hurt, but it's the good type of hurt, the way it's meant to feel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Please don't let negative reviews deter you - be mindful that Chinese massage can be painful but the lady I was seeing knew exactly what she was doing and I got exactly what I had asked for. Went back for a second session just before my flight.
